CoLor Picture Films Inc. was formed in late 2003 as a creative outlet for Vancouver producers Coleen Smith and Lorraine Rozon to develop their documentary and lifestyle programming ideas. CPF’s goal is to produce factual television series and one-off documentaries that enlighten, educate and entertain. Coleen and Lorraine continue to actively work in the local post-production film and television community while developing a variety of TV series and documentaries for broadcast.
